Arctic energy cooperation in times of crisis

Russia and Norway should strengthen energy cooperation in the times of economic crisis, Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Viktor Zubkov said in yesterday’s meeting with Norwegian Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg.
